Roof Change-Outs
Rubber roofs deteriorate after 6 to 10 years, because they are vulnerable to outside elements and require proper maintenance. We change out roofs, reseal, and return them to factory condition.
The goal is preventing further problems, such as mold, rotting, and structural damage. Average cost is around $200 per running foot, depending on the job and may varry if there is any rotten wood under eixsting roof.
Leak Detection & Rotting
About every four to five years you need to have your roof resealed or re-coated, based on whether it's rubber or vinyl. A Dicor coating is put on rubber roofs, and vinyl roofs just need resealing. We recommend letting us check your roof at least twice a year to detect any cracks and prevent rot and mold repair.

When your RV air conditioner, refrigerator, or any other appliances are not working correctly we provide speedy quality repairs and also appliance change outs.
